Programming and Material Estimates
Do you have your planning or building control drawings? I'm currently providing free online initial consultations to assist you in planning the construction timeline, outlining the trades you need to hire, and offering a materials estimate.
Planning Designs and Applications
This service is exclusively for Garden Rooms. I recently finished a self-build project in my garden, where I took on the design and submitted the planning application myself in our games room the Fox Den Inn. For a limited time, I am offering free design completion and I will submit the planning application for you (the fee will be yours to pay directly). Once the design receives planning approval, I will be looking for payment of £100 if the application is granted. No planning permission, no fee. Limited time only! Quality Checks (Snagging)
If you have recently had any home improvements and would like a professional to check the quality of what has been built. I can complete a site visit and issue a photo and list report for you to mange with your contractor. If it looks wrong then it usually is.
